How much do you charge for shipping?We offer FREE shipping on all orders. How do I find the products I am looking for?You can find the products that you are looking for by using the 'Search' facility. You can also use 'Categories' to find products. Are my credit card/debit card details secure?All card payments are secure and processed through the Secure Payment Service provided by WorldPay, part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. Do I have to register as a user in order to make a purchase? You do not have to be registered as a user in order to make any purchases. During check out you simply choose the option: 'I want to continue my purchase without an account'. How do I register as a user?To register as a new user click on 'My account' at the top of the page, then choose the option: 'I want to open an account', and fill out the form. What do I do if I'm having trouble logging in?

page. Sign in under the option: 'I already have an account' using your e-mail
address and password. When signed in you can change addresses, view and repeat previous
orders, change your password etc. How can I change / check my order?
You can check your order before it has been finalised by clicking on 'View cart'.
This will show you all the items in your order along with its sub total. Here you
can change the quantity or remove items. Remember to click on 'Update shopping
cart' when you have completed your changes to your order. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?We aim to ship your order within 24 hours. Delivery is normally within 10 working days. Please allow variation in delivery time due to local mail service conditions. Do I have to pick up my packages at the Post Office?With our special packaging deliveries will easily go through your mail box, saving you the trouble of having to go to the Post Office. Why have I not received all of my order in one package?

meassures, one of them being never to re-use a product. Therefore, we
kindly advise you to check your orders before submitting it to us, as we
can not accept any returned products once purchased. What is your refund policy?We offer no refunds. Only in very extraordinary cases refunds may be given at the discretion of our management. What is Oriental Care's policy on security and privacy?
